Core-AI builds private AI systems for Québec law firms — installed on infrastructure the firm owns, so client files never leave the building.
Law firms carry confidentiality obligations most AI products can’t satisfy: solicitor-client privilege, the Barreau du Québec’s professional-conduct rules, and Law 25. Core-AI’s answer is architectural, not contractual — the system runs inside the firm’s own network, and every access is logged, so a firm can always answer who consulted a given file.
We occasionally take on similar work for engineering firms, most often through direct referral, but law firms are who we are built for.

Francisco Perdigon Romero
Founder & Principal AI Engineer
As founder of Core-AI, Francisco brings production AI experience from the enterprise world to a problem no generic vendor can solve. He is AI Lead & Data Scientist at Ericsson, where he designs and deploys autonomous AI systems for 5G and LTE networks — work recognized with Ericsson's End-to-End Design of AI Software Systems certification.
He is also the creator of Local AI Arena, a public benchmark and hardware advisor for running AI models locally, now measuring close to 200 real hardware configurations — the same sizing and deployment question Core-AI answers for its clients.
Before moving into industry, Francisco was a deep learning researcher at École Polytechnique de Montréal. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and graduated summa cum laude with his bachelor's degree in engineering.
